The Bund is a waterfront area in central Shanghai, is the most famous attraction in Shanghai. The best time for visitor to visit the Bund is during evening times. There are 52 blocks of buildings in The Bund area -- comprised of banks, hotels, multinational corporation headquarters of different architectural styles including Gothic, Baroque, Romanesque, Classicism and the Renaissance. You could visit the Bund on the West Bank of the Huangpu River. Take a walk on the walking corridor along the Bund, or you can drive along the Huangpu riverbank and stop by the end of the Bund near the Russian Consulate where you can overlook the Oriental Pearl TV Tower on the opposite bank. This is the best spot for you to take plenty of beautiful photos of Shanghai.
2¡¢City God Temple
The City God Temple is a temple located in Shanghai within the old walled city. Today the "City God Temple" not only refers to the large temple complex, but also the traditional district of commerce in the city, surrounding the temple. There are over a hundred stores and shops in this area, and most of these store buildings are nearly a century old.[1] The temple connects to the Yuyuan Garden, another landmark of the old city.

Nanjing Road is the main shopping street of Shanghai, and is one of the world's busiest shopping streets. Even if you are not a fans of shopping, you may consider to spend an hour to visit it.. Nanjing Road is the world¡¯s longest shopping district, around 5.5km long and attracts over 1 million visitors daily. Located here are most of Shanghai¡¯s oldest and largest department stores, as well as varieties of domestic retail outlets. This place is ideal to shop for Chinese snacks and souvenirs as well.
