LGS is the member of National Tourism Administration (NTA), the member of International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the member of Visit Seattle, with the authority of issuing tickets for BSP95 airlines in China. Now LGS has worked with more than 190 international airlines globally which covers Asian, European, North America, South America, Atlantic Ocean and Africa areas. To work with the horizontal accounts is the win-win business strategy which LGS always focuses on.

Currently the service we provide to horizontal customers include air tickets checking, reservation, issuing, date change and refund; group tickets checking, seats application and issuing; domestic and international hotels reservation; limo service and airport pick up service; aviation accident insurance; visa application insurance and travel insurance and so on.

Ticket issue process (for horizontal customers)

1. Submit the name, flight, time, class, API and etc in 1E, 1G, 1V, 1P and 1A system, and create the PNR. Then LGS will issue the tickets after double check and report the final settlement.

2. LGS can also check, book and issue tickets for all horizontal customers with charging a service fee.
